The following rules are in place if nothing else is agreed upon with the head of premises/Hilbert-responsible.
- As a GU-student you can only book the Focus bar section on the weekend.
- As an association or phaddergroup of the Physics Division you can only book Hilbert on the weekend.
- Current rent is charged + deposition for insufficient cleaning or damage to the venue
